Volunteering Tracks
GMI Volunteers are experienced professionals who contribute their expertise and networks to drive youth-led sustainable development across Africa on a pro-bono basis.
- Training & Facilitation: Facilitate sessions in entrepreneurship, employability, and leadership development programs.
- Mentorship & Advisory: Provide career guidance, venture incubation support, and strategic advisory to GMI graduates.
- Content Development: Develop training resources, digital curricula, and contribute expert whitepapers.
- Operational Support: Support logistics and operational coordination during project deployments.
Engagement Requirements
- Alignment with GMI core values: Integrity, Empathy, and Excellence.
- Completion of the GMI Train-the-Trainer workshop series.
- Minimum commitment of two sessions (at least 6 hours) per year.
- Provision of a professional or academic reference.
- Willingness to volunteer on a strictly pro-bono basis.
